Germany – Advisory architectural services – Projektsteuerungsleistungen in Anlehnung an § 2 AHO Nr. 9, Projektstufen 2b-5, Handlungsbereiche A-E

Project management services in accordance with § 2 AHO No. 9, project stages 2b-5, areas of action A-E. For the new Gymnasium „Am Südpark“ to be established in the Drygalski-Allee 2, a temporary pavilion structure (MRE) with a canteen and outdoor facilities for a 4-track Gymnasium is to be newly constructed. In advance of the planning, 2 alternative locations in the immediate vicinity were examined. Both areas are currently used as sports fields. On one of the two possible locations (Location 1), there is already a school pavilion structure (3-storey, GFA approx. 2,650 m²), which can be adapted and integrated according to the design concept as part of the planned construction measure. The decision for one of the two locations will be made after the results of the building permit applications as part of LPH 2, presumably Q2/2026. Building data: GFA: approx. 11,500 m²; GIA: approx. 42,000 m³; 3 storeys. Location 1 (District 19; Forstenried): Site area approx. 21,100 m² Location 2 (District 19; Forstenried): Site area approx. 21,400 m². Planned occupancy: School year 2028/2029.
