The contracting authority invites all interested tenderers to submit a tender in the public procurement procedure Digital platform Pametno Velenje – mobility. The subject of the public procurement is further defined in the Project Assignment with annexes, which is a component of this tender documentation. The subject of the public procurement will be the subject of alignment in the dialogue phase. The contracting authority will conclude a contract with the tenderer for implementation and the rental period from the handover of implementation until 31.12.2029 (approximately 27 months), while reserving the right to conclude an addendum to the contract with the selected contractor to extend the platform rental period by up to 36 months at the end of this period, provided that the contracting authority has the necessary funds for the extension. The contracting authority will notify the contractor of whether the rental period will be extended at least three (3) months before the contract expires. The annex is concluded on the basis of the unit tender price (per month) from the tenderer's final tender, taking into account valorisation as defined in the contract template. The mentioned change is considered a foreseen change in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 95 of the ZJN-3. The contracting authority will strive to obtain the funds for the implementation of the subject of the public procurement. At the time of the decision to start, the contracting authority does not yet have the funds needed to implement the project. The contracting authority leads the public procurement under the condition that it will have the necessary funds at the time of taking over the obligations.
