The contract involves the renovation, extension and new construction of the Ridanläggning properties Oskarshamn 3:6 & 3:7. The contract concerns the renovation of the existing riding hall 001, including a new feed storage area, as well as extensions to two stable sections with internal technical and storage spaces, an administrative section, and a viewing gallery. A new outer manure plate and a new outer manure plate. The existing building has a footprint of approximately 3,000 square meters. The extension is approximately 1,000 square meters.
