The contract with the two options includes the reconstruction of road spaces in the Mörby area, specifically Mörbyleden, Edsviksvägen, Golfbanevägen, and Gamla landsvägen. The contracting work includes, among other things, road works, fine grading, paving, masonry, utility works with VA, district heating, fiber, and lighting, installation of planting beds, planting of associated trees and shrubs, and significant traffic rerouting. The purpose of the assignment is to create a new road space that is more efficient, safer, greener, and more pleasant, while the underlying infrastructure is upgraded. The contracting work needs to handle extensive third-party rerouting. Detailed information is provided in the tender documents and the documents referred to under AFB.22.
