Creation of a dynamic procurement system (DBR) for the procurement of traumatological implants in conjunction with the operation of a consignment warehouse under a supply contract. The total quantity to be ordered during the DBR's duration (48 months) is estimated to be 13,174 units of various traumatological implants with consignment warehouse provision for the Inviting Party in 1 category.

3. Angle-stable screws of various sizes: 728 units

4. Interlocking screws I.-II. of various sizes: 1,038 units

5. Tibia intramedullary nail, cannulated I.: 28 units

6. Proximal tibia and knee prosthesis-related fractures minimal invasive stabilization with angle-stable plate: 62 units

7. Femoral neck fracture treatment with double screw fixation: 321 units

8. High displacement (Garden III-IV.), unstable, or non-fresh femoral neck fractures treatment: 164 units

9. Hip joint prostheses: 61 units

10. Cemented hip prosthesis system (should be compatible with the cervico-capital hip prosthesis): 70 units

11. Radius head prosthesis (for post-traumatic, non-reconstructible radius head fractures): 10 units

12. Stabilization of fractures around the hip prosthesis: 126 units

28. Femoral neck screw gamma type proximal femur nail: 55 units

29. Stabilization of trochanteric fractures with rotational stability, spiral-bladed gamma-type intramedullary nail, which can be locked with a support screw: 143 units

30. Stabilization of trochanteric fractures with rotational stability, spiral-bladed gamma-type intramedullary nail II.: 842 units

31. Pelvic fracture treatment angle-stable plate, titanium: 10 units

32. Pelvic fracture treatment angle-stable plate, steel: 36 units

36. Proximal femur fracture implant suitable for: subcapital and transcervical fractures treatment. Fixes the head-neck fragment with a plate and screw: 50 units

37. Typical femoral neck fractures. Garden I-II-III (Garden IV, poor condition of the injured): 40 units

38. Targeted awls: 20 units

39. Diaphysis femur fractures treatment with intramedullary nail: 30 units

40. Tibia intramedullary nail, cannulated II.: 24 units

41. Distal radius fracture treatment with angle-stable plate II.: 1,812 units

The planned quantity data are detailed in the procurement documents. The Inviting Party reserves the right to a quantity deviation of +100%. The Inviting Party intends to conclude contracts valid for 12 months during the DBR's duration, but reserves the right to conclude contracts with a longer or shorter validity period. Based on the Kbt. 107. § (2), the Inviting Party reserves the possibility that, during the implementation of the DBR, with the simultaneous sending of the call for tenders, it may determine the possibilities of submitting partial tenders in the call for tenders for the concrete procurement needs specified therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the concrete procurements. The planned highest contract value net in the DBR to be concluded is 176,185,197,- Ft/year, the planned highest contract value is 86,964,800,- Ft. All applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the DBR, the number of applicants to be invited to tender will not be limited. Based on Kbt. 107. § (2), the Inviting Party will provide the exact technical description and contractual terms for the concrete procurements to be implemented in the system simultaneously with the sending of the call(s) for tenders.
