Procurement of Spares for the Municipality of Dion-Olympus Vehicles and Machinery with the Necessary Installation Works Supplementary for 2026

The funding body for the present contract is the Municipality of Dion-Olympus. The expenditure for the said contract will be borne by the Municipality of Dion-Olympus and specifically the budget lines 020.2410107.001, 020.2420302.001, 030.2410107.001 and 030.2420302.001 of the 2026 budget, (ref. Decision No. 339/11413/1-7-2026 on the Assumption of Obligation). The tender will be conducted through the open procedure of Article 27 of Law 4412/16. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, based on price (lowest bid).

The contract documents are available for free, full, immediate & free electronic access through the Electronic Gateway (www.promitheus.gov.gr) of the OPS ESHEDIS. All communication and exchange of information is conducted through the ESHEDIS Procurement and Services (hereinafter ESHEDIS), which is accessible from the Electronic Gateway (www.promitheus.gov.gr) of the OPS ESHEDIS. The procedure will be conducted using the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESHEDIS) Procurement and Services of the OPS ESHEDIS (Electronic Gateway www.promitheus.gov.gr). The items to be procured and the works are classified under the following CPV codes: 34913000-0, 50110000-9.

The present contract is divided into the following sections:

SECTION 1: Procurement of various spares for the Municipality's Trucks, Waste Collection Vehicles, Buses, and Sweepers with the necessary installation works for the 2026 budget year with VAT 24.239,52€.

SECTION 2: Procurement of various spares for the Municipality's Passenger & Light Commercial Vehicles with the necessary installation works for the 2026 budget year with VAT 26.272,40€.

Each bidder may participate in the tender by submitting a bid for all the items and works to be procured in each section or in one or all sections as defined above. The maximum number of SECTIONS that can be awarded to a bidder is set at two (2). The estimated value of the contract amounts to 41.058,00 € plus VAT 24% 9.853,92€ or a total of 50.911,92€. The duration of the contract is from the date of signature until 31-12-2026. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, based on price. The lowest bidder is declared the preferred bidder per section separately.
