The subject of the framework agreement is the determination of the framework conditions for the awarding and execution of contracts, which may be placed by the Contracting Authority during its validity. 2) The Contracting Authority may award contracts, the subject of which is the provision of comprehensive services within the scope of Events (in particular: seminars, conferences, meetings, trainings, webinars and plenary and study visits, as well as exhibitions, information and educational stands, outdoor events, etc.) for the Contracting Authority, on the territory of the Republic of Poland or outside its borders.
