Finland – Road salt – Liukkaudentorjunta- ja pölynsidontakemikaalien dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä (DPS)

The Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter also DPS) concerns the chloride-based chemicals used by the City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) for de-icing and dust binding, as well as other similar de-icing and dust binding products. The Dynamic Purchasing System is used to procure salts intended for de-icing and dust binding, as well as products that replace or supplement them. The Dynamic Purchasing System has two (2) classes: Class 1: Chlorides. Class 1 includes chloride-based chemicals used for de-icing and dust binding, such as sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and magnesium chloride preparations. Class 2: Alternative de-icing and dust binding products. Class 2 includes other de-icing and dust binding preparations and other similar products suitable for the maintenance of roads, streets, paths, and other areas. The estimated total aggregate value of all procurement contracts to be awarded during the validity of the Dynamic Purchasing System, excluding VAT, is 4 170 000 euros. The purpose of use, intended use, estimated quantity, and delivery address of the goods may change during the validity of the Dynamic Purchasing System. The Contracting Authority will specify the applicable information in the call for tenders for the internal competition. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to update the aforementioned information in connection with the internal competition. The Contracting Authority is not bound to specific procurement quantities during the validity of the DPS.
