France – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – Concertation avec la population dans le cadre de la révision du Plan Local d'Urbanisme intercommunal (PLUi)

To comply with the legal framework set out in Article L.103-4 of the Urban Planning Code, the consultation process carried out during the revision procedure of the PLUi of GPS&O will revolve around three axes that will allow the public: - to be informed about the revision project underway and its progress; - to express their views on the project, whether in the form of questions, lines of thought or concrete proposals; - to engage, particularly by participating in activities and meeting times. The services will be the subject of a "composite" contract concluded in the form of a standard contract, partly at a global and lump sum price and partly at order forms, awarded in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-4 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code as follows: - The missions are the subject of a contract with tranches at lump sum prices based on the Global and Lump Sum Price Breakdown (DPGF); - The missions of complementary services are the subject of a standard contract with order forms based on the unit price schedule (BPU) as needs arise. The unit price part of the contract is concluded within the following limits: Minimum amount over the total duration of the contract in euro(s) HT: No minimum Maximum amount over the total duration of the contract in euro(s) HT: 70,000 euro(s) HT.
