Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate contracts pursuant to §§ 130a para. 8/130c para. 1 SGB V for medicinal products with the above-mentioned active substance within the period from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2027 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time (open-house model). In the open house procedure, medicinal products are excluded according to the BfArM list pursuant to § 35 para. 5a SGB V (paediatric medicinal products).
