The terms relating to prices, invoicing and financing are indicated in the tender documents. The payment term is 30 days. The services are paid for by unit prices. The prices are firm for the initial period and are subject to annual review on the anniversary date of each framework agreement. The tenderer has the possibility to submit an offer for one or more lots. No advance will be paid. No financial guarantee is required. Financing of the Services: Own funds. Legal form: No form of joint venture is imposed on the contract award. However, in the case of a joint venture, the lead contractor will be jointly and severally liable with the other members of the joint venture. The consultation includes environmental criteria.
