The Contracting Authority on the website of the conducted procedure publishes in the form of downloadable files technical projects as well as a contract template with annexes. The Contracting Authority does not envisage granting a contract as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Law. Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Law, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject matter of the procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. The Contracting Authority does not require Contractors to submit bids. Implementation deadline: within 60 days from the date of contract signature, at the latest by 4 December 2026.
