The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit and lump-sum prices. The framework agreement has no minimum amount and a maximum amount set at 1 380 000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract. The equipment sought is a liposuction and assisted lipofilling platform intended for the operating room in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. It must allow at least the realization of motorized infiltration, atraumatic aspiration adapted to adipose tissue harvesting and the controlled reinjection of autologous fat. Expected services: - supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment - maintenance of the proposed equipment - consumables and accessories associated with the equipment necessary for the scheduled treatment of 120 patients per year
