HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering for fixed medical equipment for the expansion and renovation of the Surgical Department at Peijas Hospital, in accordance with the tender notice and its documents. Peijas Hospital has been centralised as the area for urological robotic surgery and complex joint replacement surgery for the Southern Finland Social Welfare and Health Care cooperation area. The centralised activities also include orthopaedic surgery for certain demanding special groups, such as patients with haemophilia and short stature. The new building will have a total of 20 general operating rooms and three recovery rooms, distributed over two floors, with 11 rooms on the 1st floor and 9 rooms on the 2nd floor. The project will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, the operating rooms and some of the recovery rooms will be built in the new building. Surgical operations can begin in the new operating rooms once the first phase is complete. The expansion and renovation of the Surgical Department is located at the Peijas Hospital campus in Vantaa. The address of the construction site is Sairaalakatu 1, 00140 Vantaa. The procurement programme targets the separate procurements (REH) of the contractor for the expansion and renovation of the Surgical Department at Peijas Hospital: Fixed Medical Equipment (KSL), Procurement Lot KSL 2. Procurement Lot KSL 2 is divided into five (5) sub-lots, focusing on the equipment for the surgical department and the recovery room. The procurement sub-lot is purchased from one supplier. The supplier may offer one or more different procurement sub-lots and provide alternative tenders.
