In all respects: The winning bidder (service provider) is responsible for implementing the project activities. The general objective of the employment-economic development cooperation is to improve the labour market situation, economic development, and the effectiveness of labour market adaptation. The Service Provider must comply with the relevant legal requirements for the four service areas listed below for jobseekers. Sub-bids can be made for the following project components:

- Occupational health and safety screening, mental hygiene or human expertise involvement.

- Work diagnostic assessment.

- Social and mental hygiene assessment, as well as the preparation of an individual development plan related to the assessment.

- Information day for jobseekers with invited companies.

To implement the project component, it is necessary to recruit participants, ensure appropriate venues, and prepare the related documentation. The Paktumiroda will provide templates for some of the documents prepared by the Service Provider in electronic form after the contract is signed, thereby supporting uniform and transparent administration. The Bidder Service Provider must have professional experience, references, and suitability requirements tailored to the specific nature of the work areas, including occupational health, work diagnostic, and mental hygiene examinations for workplace placement activities. They must have professional experience in organizing information days and job fairs. Jobseekers must consent to data processing unambiguously and voluntarily. The service activity is documented by taking photographs. To clearly and understandably define the subject of the procurement, based on Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), the Inviting Authority may refer to a specific product, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, or patent/trademark in the call for tenders and procurement documents. In every such case, the reference is made only to clearly define the nature of the subject matter, and a tender can be submitted for a product that meets the detailed technical parameters specified in this call for tenders or is equivalent to the product in question. The Inviting Authority must assess the equivalence during the technical evaluation, for which the Bidder must provide all the data. Therefore, it is the Bidder's obligation to prove in the tender that the offered product is equivalent to the product defined by the Inviting Authority. Any rejection must be justified by the Inviting Authority. The Inviting Authority may also submit a tender for a product with more favourable characteristics than required. With regard to Sections 1-3: The Inviting Authority will evaluate the tenders based on the best value for money evaluation criterion (Kbt. 76. § (2) c) point). Evaluation methods: 1. evaluation criterion: inverse proportionality, 2-3. evaluation criteria: proportionality. Score: 0-10 points.
