The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the service of Enhancement of the HAPIH information systems: Enhancement of the Konto information system with the e-oversight module. The enhancement of the Konto information system with the e-oversight module is procured for the needs of the Service for Business Process Support of the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food, in accordance with the Cost Estimates, Project Task, and the entire DoN, in which the name, quantity, and other conditions necessary for the preparation of the offer are indicated. The procedure is carried out with the aim of concluding a contract with one economic operator. The duration of the contract is up to 12 months, and in accordance with the proposed service delivery period in document Annex IV Declaration on Delivery Period. Within the duration of the contract, the service is realized in three phases described in the Project Task, Annex II. The selected tenderer is obliged to ensure a warranty for the enhanced part of the system for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the Record of Completed Services. The warranty period begins on the day of signing the Record of Completed Services and putting the information system into regular production operation. Document Annex III Declaration on Warranty Period is completed. Since the purchaser is not the owner of the original source code for the application system, the selected tenderer must ensure all legal and technical prerequisites (permissions, training, etc.) for the use of the original source code and project documentation and work on the aforementioned application system.
