The subject of the contract is to provide the Contracting Authority with professional support in the areas of management, coordination, supervision, control, reporting and settlement of the implementation of the Investment, in a manner that ensures its proper implementation in accordance with the Agreement concluded with the Contractors for the construction works in the design and build formula for the "Expansion of the green energy production centre using GOZ at the sewage treatment plant in Tychy, for mitigating climate change" and the "Nitrogen management in the side stream of the sewage treatment plant in Tychy". The subject of the contract (SOC) and the manner of its execution are specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ and the Essential Provisions of the Contract (EPC) – Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
