Spain – Vehicle towing-away services – El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de grúa municipal consistente en la retirada de vehículos y objetos voluminosos o pesados de la vía pública y otros lugares donde el municipio ejerce sus competencias de conformidad con la legislación vigente, así como su traslado al depósito municipal u otro lugar habilitado al efecto indicado por la Policía Local de Alcúdia.

All of this in compliance with the Royal Legislative Decree 6/2015, of 30 October, by which the consolidated text of the Law on Traffic, Circulation of Motor Vehicles and Road Safety is approved, and the Municipal Ordinance on the Circulation of Pedestrians and Vehicles, as well as any other applicable regulations in the matter.
