Belgium – Disposable paper products – Raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van papieren zakken voor de inzameling van GFT

This group purchase concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor per lot for the supply of paper bags for the collection of GFT, and this for the duration of 48 months. This concerns paper bags for GFT collection of 8 litres, 500,000 units per year, or approximately 6,250 bundles, as well as paper bags for GFT collection of 120 litres, 100,000 units per year, or approximately 20,000 bundles. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK Afvalbeheer on the basis of the present tender, the contracting authority is free to purchase elsewhere during the contract period or to place no order. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this.
