Award of Contracts for: "Supply and distribution of bakery products, milk and dairy products within the Romanian School Programme for the 2026-2027 school year", in two lots: - Lot I - Bakery products - bread and simple rolls - Lot II - Milk and dairy products - UHT milk, yoghurt/beaten milk/yoghurt. Free provision for preschoolers in daycare with a normal 4-hour state programme and state primary and secondary school pupils, as well as for preschoolers and pupils included in special education, of milk and dairy products and bakery products, within a daily value limit per preschooler/pupil. The daily value limit includes the full purchase price of the products, including value added tax, transport, distribution and storage costs, as applicable. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, in accordance with the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers - Section I.3) Communication, and the number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 19 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests/information received from interested economic operators by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Responses to requests for clarification regarding the award documentation will be published in SEAP, under the section "List, clarifications, notifications and decisions" of the participation notice. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification from economic operators by the deadline set in accordance with art. 27 para. (3) of HG 395/2016.
