The area of the Farmsen underground station, with the intersections of August-Krogmann-Straße/Am Luisenhof and August-Krogmann-Straße/Berner Heerweg/Rahlstedter Weg, whose basic renovation and redesign is tendered here, forms the central hub of the Metrobus line 26 (MB26). In addition, as an important part of the main road network, it connects the districts of Steilshoop in the west, Wellingsbüttel in the northwest, and Rahlstedt in the east. In parallel to this tender, the lots Garden and Landscape Construction (Plantings) (Specialist Lots 1 & 2) and the construction of a barrier-free ramp, incl. retaining walls at the southeastern underground exit (Construction Lot 2) are tendered.
