The contracting authority (AG) already provides a cross-company solution for document management at the time of the tender, which includes the creation of work certificates. As part of the current tender, a new SaaS solution is being sought that will replace the existing solution in the area of certificate creation and can also be used uniformly throughout the company. The software solution of the contractor (hereinafter also referred to as AN) will be provided to the AG as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), i.e. the operation of the software solution will be carried out entirely by the AN in one of the AN's cloud environments.
