ProRail seeks a partner for video productions that collaborates on content, form and efficiency of video productions. The supplier is responsible for part or all of the production process: from concept development, scripting and storyboard to pre-production, recording and post-production. Part of the production process may, for example, involve editing existing material. This concerns a framework agreement with a maximum value of 4,500,000 euro.
