Switzerland – Procurement consultancy services – Unterstützung des Projektes «Programm Minerva – Beschaffungsoptimierung der ETH»

Subject of this tender is the award of a consulting and support service for the «Minerva – Procurement Optimization of the ETH» (Phase 1) programme. The aim is the sustainable professionalisation and digitalisation of the procurement activities of ETH Zurich along the four workstreams of Target Operating Model, Processes, Strategy & Content, and Systems. The service includes the conception, development of target states, and implementation support in the aforementioned workstreams, including a co-project management with ETH Zurich. The actual tendering and awarding of the eProcurement tool will take place as a separate, independent procedure. There is an option for Phases 2–4 according to the tender documents.
