Germany – Ancillary works for pipelines and cables – Rahmenverträge Rohrleitungsbau für Fernwärme Berlin

The BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH (BEW) intends to conclude framework agreements with several framework partners for the execution of pipeline construction work for the district heating network throughout the city of Berlin with a duration of four years (basic duration 2027 to 2030, estimated contract value basic duration all framework agreements: 51,692,743.00 EUR) and an optional bilateral extension of up to four further years. The provision of services takes place within the framework of individual calls during the contract period. The quantities provided for in the framework agreement are estimated quantities and do not constitute an obligation to accept. The framework agreements advertised here include individual calls with a contract value of 0 to 100,000 EUR. The number of framework agreements will not be determined in advance but will depend on the capacities offered by the bidders. The detailed performance documents will be made available to the selected candidates during the tender phase.
