Framework agreement for mobile telephony and data transmission services, validity 24 months. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities of subscriptions that are the subject of the framework agreement (24 months): - minimum 3 (voice + mobile data subscriptions); - maximum 725 (voice + mobile data subscriptions); - minimum 1 SIM with number, internet data stick; - maximum 70 SIMs with numbers, internet data sticks. Estimated quantities that are the subject of the largest subsequent contract (12 months): - minimum 3 (voice + mobile data subscriptions); - maximum 725 (voice + mobile data subscriptions); - minimum 1 SIM with number, internet data stick; - maximum 70 SIMs with numbers, internet data sticks. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: - 446.146,20 lei, without VAT. Frequency of subsequent contracts: Subsequent contract no. 1, October - December 2026; Subsequent contract no. 2, January - December 2027; Subsequent contract no. 3, January - September 2028. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days.
