Single-supplier framework agreement with order forms. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year from 1 March 2027, or from the date of notification of the contract to the successful tenderer if that date is later than the expected date (the date of the receipt acknowledgement being conclusive). This does not apply to the services relating to water sampling and analysis, the execution of which will commence on 1 May 2027, the date corresponding to the end of the previous contract. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of the renewal period is 12 months.
