Bulgaria – Medical consumables – „ДОСТАВКА НА СПЕЦИФИЧЕН КОНСУМАТИВ – ЧАСТ ПЪРВА“

The subject of the public procurement contract is the delivery of specific consumables by separate lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 – Consumables for robot-assisted surgery with an estimated value of 560 000,00 euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 2 – Specific consumables for anaesthesia, resuscitation and intensive care compatible with SERVO and FLOW devices – 280 000,00 euros excluding VAT; Important: Pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority has the right to award separate lots in accordance with the procedure valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate lot does not exceed 79 998,77 euros for supplies and services and the total estimated value of the separate lots awarded in this manner does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. In these cases, regardless of the remaining value of the contract, it is awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to the total estimated value of the entire contract. Based on the above: Lot No. 3 – "SPE columns for solid-phase extraction for a period of 36 months" – will be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable according to its individual value, pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. Total estimated value of the separate lot: 25 000,00 euros excluding VAT. Lot No. 4 – "Laboratory consumables for chemical-toxicological laboratory for a period of 36 months" – will be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable according to its individual value, pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. Total estimated value of the separate lot: 20 000,00 euros excluding VAT. Lot No. 5 – "Reagents and chemicals for chemical-toxicological laboratory for a period of 36 months" – will be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable according to its individual value, pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. Total estimated value of the separate lot: 25 500,00 euros excluding VAT. The scope and main parameters of the medical consumables are detailed in the "Technical Specification" from the participation documentation – Appendix No. 1. The offered consumables must meet the minimum requirements set out in the technical specification. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 48, Paragraph 2 and Article 49, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, it is considered added "or equivalent" wherever standards, technical approvals or specifications or other technical standards, as well as when a model, source, process, trademark, patent, type, origin or production is specified in the documentation or technical specification for this contract.
