France – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Accord-cadre de maitrise d’œuvre urbaine et de maîtrise d’œuvre des espaces publics du NPRU Cœur de Ville à Vitry-sur-Seine

The subject of this framework agreement and the contracts to be awarded on its basis covers:

• urban design missions as part of the development of the planning project,

• the preparation of operational files: providing the necessary elements for the impact study, contributing to the preparation of the files for the creation and implementation of ZACs,

• assistance to the SPL, the city of Vitry-sur-Seine and the EPT in the consultation process,

• urban, architectural and landscape coordination of construction operations (housing, activities, facilities) carried out under various project management, monitoring of the overall urban project, communication actions, regulatory and operational translation of the project and updating of the founding documents.
