Netherlands – Construction work – Nieuwbouw Veiligheidscentrum te Apeldoorn (Bouwkundige werkzaamheden)

The Municipality of Apeldoorn intends, in cooperation with the VNOG (Safety Region North and East Gelderland), to realise a new fire station including headquarters for the relocation of the Fire Department-VNOG and subtenants. The tendering of this construction is divided into 3 parts which are published separately. These can be found on TenderNed with the following TN references. The present tender concerns the Contract "Construction works" for the realisation of the New Construction Safety Centre project in Apeldoorn. In broad outline, the total of the new construction (approximately 14,200 m² BVO) will consist of the following building components: - Vehicle garage, emergency exit approximately 3,300 m² BVO - Workshops approximately 2,000 m² BVO - Instruction and training rooms approximately 800 m² BVO - Barracks approximately 1,600 m² BVO - Sports approximately 1,300 m² BVO - Office approximately 3,700 m² BVO - Office subtenants approximately 1,500 m² BVO. Furthermore, the structured demolition of the existing building on the site and the coordination of the contracts for Mechanical and Electrical installation works are part of the contract.
