Germany – Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings – öTW_Technische Ausrüstung ELT_Bad Soden-Salmünster, Spessart Therme, 6196-25

The City of Bad Soden-Salmünster plans the partial demolition with subsequent reconstruction and comprehensive renovation of the existing Spessart Therme Bad Soden - Salmünster. The Spessart Therme is a facility that has had functions expanded and adapted to requirements since the 1970s. Almost all areas of the spa, with the exception of the 25-meter swimming pool, are in need of renovation or no longer meet today's expected standards. The responsible authorities of the spa have decided on a partial new construction of the spa and fundamental renovations of the remaining areas, including the brine well systems. The outdoor facilities are also to be redesigned. The total construction costs for the project (KGR 300-600) are estimated at approximately 29 million EUR net. Completion is planned by the end of 2030. Services for the technical equipment design according to § 55 Abs. 3 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI in the plant groups 4, 5 and 8 as well as further special services are to be procured.
