HEM invites you to submit an application to participate in our Dynamic Purchasing System (DIS) for the procurement of truck chassis, such as refuse collection units and tipper units. Applications to the DIS can be submitted on a continuous basis. All qualified suppliers will automatically receive the "Specific Contracts" that are announced in step 2.
