France – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Marché de travaux relatif à la construction des bâtiments chaufferie gaz et chaufferie biomasse pour le réseau de chaleur exploité par Dijon Energies

The works subject to the present lot include the construction of new civil engineering works, foundations, earthworks and VRD (Roads and Diverse Networks). The works may include, inter alia, secondary works, joinery, locksmithing. The main works and buildings to be constructed as part of this operation are a GAZ boiler room and a BIOMASSE boiler room with underground storage silos for the heat network operated by Dijon Energies. For information purposes, the financial volume of the works would be distributed according to the following assumptions: MAIN WORKS: 65%; VRD/EARTHWORKS: 20%; LOCKSMITHING/CARPENTRY/CLADDING: 15%.
