The foundations, including the pilot and the retaining wall, are made of reinforced concrete. The hall and the gatehouse have a planned galvanized steel frame structure. The balcony at the level of the existing hall and gatehouse will be formed by a concrete slab on a steel structure and columns. The staircase will be made of pororoštů. The gates will be sectional, insulated with electric drive. The doors will be aluminium. The perimeter envelope will be based on a concrete threshold with insulation and will be made of light panels of sheet-mineral wool-sheet, as well as the roof. On the gatehouse, the roof with a small slope will be supplemented with roofing foil for flat roofs. In the training hall, there will be fire mains, gas pipes for heating units, electricity for lighting, sockets and sports equipment. The connection of the fire mains will be in the corridor of the existing hall near the elevator. The gas pipe will be newly installed in the existing route from HUP due to the reduction of pressure losses. The gas meter and the connection of the existing gas boiler in the hall will be in the existing location. The electricity will be connected in the switchgear of the existing hall. Heating and ventilation will be provided by four heating and ventilation units (Sahary) 29.8kW. The air extraction from the hall space will be ensured by a fan 8000 m3/h with piping to ensure uniform extraction.
