The public contract has as its subject the conclusion of an accident at work policy for the entire staff of the Universitair Ziekenhuis Gent. This includes the following: - Coverage for accidents at work in accordance with the law of 3 July 1967 - An additional excess guarantee - Coverage for accidents at work in accordance with the law of 10 April 1971, if and to the extent applicable to specific categories of persons – detailed discussion in the specification) Non-mandatory occupational disease guarantee: the occupational disease guarantee will not be compulsorily included in the contract. However, tenderers will have the possibility to offer this guarantee. In that case, this will be evaluated in a separate award criterion. More information regarding the occupational disease guarantee will be provided in the specific tender documentation.
