France – Roof-covering work – ACCORD-CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDE POUR LES TRAVAUX D'ENTRETIEN COURANT, DE REPARATIONS ET DE REMISE EN ETAT DES BATIMENTS ET DES LOGEMENTS DU PATRIMOINE DE DEUX-SEVRES HABITAT - RELANCE DES LOTS N°7 ET 8 "COUVERTURE / ZINGUERIE "

This consultation concerns the restart of lots n°7 «Roofing/Sheet Metal Zone Bressuire/Cerizay» and n°8 «Roofing/Sheet Metal Zone Thouars» of the framework agreement with order forms for the maintenance, repair, and restoration work of Deux-Sèvres Habitat's building and housing stock. They guarantee a service provided by Deux-Sèvres Habitat to tenants. The work will be carried out inside or outside occupied or unoccupied buildings and inside occupied or unoccupied housing. The list of the property with addresses for each zone is detailed in Annex N°1 of the C.C.T.P. The description of the services, their technical specifications and their location are indicated in the technical specifications booklet (C.C.T.P.), and its annexes. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms setting out all the contractual stipulations concluded without a minimum and with a maximum with an economic operator. The framework agreement is concluded for a period from its notification until 31 December 2027. Estimated start date for services: 01/10/2026.
