• Design of a quality project with added value for the project itself and its urban context;

• Compliance of the central school building (existing);

• Reasoned use of roof surfaces (multi-sport outdoor "rooftop", photovoltaic panels);

• Architectural and functional requirements;

• Increased requirements in terms of site logistics;

• Choice of healthy and sustainable construction materials;

• Energy efficiency and sustainability in the spirit of the circular economy;

• Respect for budget and scheduling constraints;

• Increased requirements for the design of outdoor facilities according to the specific topography of the site and its urban context, giving the slope of the land a real function.

The estimated duration of the contract is 4-5 years (refer to the Master Schedule).
