Subject of these deliveries: Replacement of Laboratory Automation ("Track") Laboratory Medicine. Explanation: The contracting authority wishes to proceed with the complete replacement of the existing laboratory automation ("Track"). More than 15 million laboratory tests are performed annually in UZ Leuven in the various labs. The laboratory automation must process approximately 10,000 samples per day, with a throughput of approximately 1,500 samples/hour expected during peak hours. The contract includes: • the delivery, installation, integration and commissioning of an automated laboratory track system; • including pre-analytical modules, transport mechanisms, software and middleware; • coupling with existing and/or future laboratory analyzers from various suppliers/manufacturers. The following analyzers are currently coupled, among others: o 4x COBAS8000 (Roche) o 2x XN9000 (Sysmex) o 2x CN6000 (Sysmex) o 2x TOSOH G8 o 2 x Alinity (Abbott) • training, support and maintenance for 8 years (possibly extendable with 4 periods of 1 year each, depending on the realization of a new building)
