The present contract is awarded according to the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation and is therefore carried out in 2 phases: selection of candidates in Phase I and submission of tenders in Phase II. The present contract is a joint public service contract for the Commune and the CPAS of Forest. Pursuant to Article 48 of the law on public procurement of 17/06/2016, when a procurement procedure is conducted jointly in its entirety on behalf of and for the account of all the contracting authorities concerned, the latter are jointly and severally responsible for the performance of the obligations incumbent upon them. This is also the case when a single contracting authority manages the procurement procedure, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of the other contracting authorities concerned. It aims to conclude insurance contracts in the field of Personal Insurance, Material Damage, Civil Liability, Motor Insurance and All Risks Construction Site. The contract is divided into 5 lots: Lot 1: Personal Insurance Lot 2: Material Damage Insurance Lot 3: Civil Liability Insurance Lot 4: Motor Insurance Lot 5: All Risks Construction Site Insurance The contract is open exclusively to insurance companies. Only authorized insurance companies (law of 13 March 2016 on the status and control of insurance or reinsurance companies) are allowed to participate in this contract. Consequently, applications submitted by or with insurance brokers or other insurance intermediaries will be excluded. The successful tenderer will not be authorized to subcontract all or part of its commitments resulting from the execution of the present contract to insurance intermediaries.
