Germany – Structural shell work – VE302 Erweiterter Rohbau

The German Institute of Human Nutrition (DIfE) plans the renovation of parts of a research and office building. The construction project includes demolition, renovation and new construction of areas. The construction services advertised here include the extended rough construction works for existing and new construction areas in the 1st and 2nd construction phases. These essentially include reinforced concrete, masonry, carpentry and roofing works. The work on the two construction phases is to take place largely simultaneously.
