The Heidekreis district intends to introduce a new time management solution that meets the tariff requirements of the TVÖD VKA, the legal provisions of the Arbeitszeitgesetz (ArbZG), the Arbeitszeitverordnung für die niedersächsischen Beamtinnen und Beamten (Nds. ArbZVO), as well as the internal organisational guidelines and requirements of the Heidekreis. The aim is to achieve a modern, transparent, and audit-proof time recording and management system. The contractor will, in particular, provide the software and the necessary usage rights, implement and configure the system, integrate it into the existing system environment, migrate data, implement interfaces, conduct testing and piloting, provide training, and carry out the agreed software maintenance and support.
