Design and implementation of a research project that analyses the effectiveness and identifies areas for improvement of the Spanish-English Bilingual Programme in the educational stages of Primary and Compulsory Secondary Education, as well as the application, grading and certification of the English language level tests developed by the contracting entity that is awarded the contract, calibrated and adapted to the international standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (hereinafter, CEFR) for students in the 6th year of Primary Education and 4th year of Compulsory Secondary Education.
