European Public Procurement Framework Agreement for Maintenance of Green Spaces on Alblasserwaard Sites 2027 - 2031

The reason for this procurement procedure is the expiry of the current Agreement for green maintenance on the WSRL sites in the Alblasserwaard. In the future, the need for this service will continue to exist. Therefore, WSRL intends to conclude a new Agreement through this procurement procedure. The expiring agreement was in the form of a traditional RAW specification. Waterschap Rivierenland has internally evaluated this contract form and subsequently decided to award new contracts for green maintenance in the form of Framework Agreements. Waterschap Rivierenland wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Contractor. During the term of the Framework Agreement, sub-orders will be issued, from which no rights can be derived. The execution of green maintenance generally consists of: maintenance of hard surfaces (e.g. weed removal, sweeping); maintenance of plantings (e.g. pruning, thinning, trimming); maintenance of grass vegetation (e.g. mowing, leaf clearing); maintenance of trees and tree groups (e.g. pruning); provision of personnel and equipment.

Contract Duration

The Framework Agreement has a term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031. The contract duration is therefore 5 years.
