France – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – ANALYSE DES PERFORMANCES DES RAMES DE TRAMWAY BOMBARDIER FLEXITY OUTLOOK SUR LES TRACES D'AVANT-PROJET DES EXTENSIONS DE LA LIGNE T3 ET ANALYSE ET VALIDATION DE SECOURS MIXTE FLEXITY - CAF URBOS 100X SUR LE RESEAU TRAMWAY DE MARSEILLE (2 LOTS)

The present public contracts concern the performance analysis of Bombardier Flexity Outlook tram units on the preliminary project routes of the extensions of the T3 tram line and the analysis and validation of the mixed rescue FLEXITY - CAF URBOS 100X on the MARSEILLE TRAMWAY NETWORK (2 lots). Lot No. 1: PERFORMANCE STUDIES OF BOMBARDIER FLEXITY UNITS ON THE PRELIMINARY ROUTES OF THE T3 LINE EXTENSIONS. Lot No. 2: ANALYSIS AND VALIDATION OF MIXED RESCUE. The services are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the present CCAP, as well as the CCTP and its annexes. The present public contracts are framework agreements within the meaning of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. The framework agreements are concluded with a single economic operator and executed: - in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code); - and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the needs for which all the contractual stipulations are not fixed in the documents of the framework agreement (in accordance with Articles R2162-7, R2162-11 and R2162-12 of the Code). Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, each contract is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over their duration (4 years), namely: - Lot 1: 400 000 euros excl. VAT. - Lot 2: 150 000 euros excl. VAT. The present framework agreements are contracts for intellectual services. They refer to the General Administrative Provisions Applicable to Public Contracts for Intellectual Services (CCAG-PI), approved by the Order of 30 March 2021.
