Denmark – Infrastructure works consultancy services – Ombygning af veje i Ravnsborgområdet

Køge Municipality wishes to enter into an agreement for total consultancy in connection with a project to improve the surrounding infrastructure west of the Ravnsborg Enge urban development area, located east of Østbanen. The road projects shall contribute to promoting cycling and walking as well as improving traffic safety. The agreement shall cover the following road projects:

Sub-project 1: Reconstruction of the roundabout at Vordingborgvej/Orkestervej/Klemmenstrupvej to a signal-controlled intersection based on the prepared project proposal, including the establishment of a pavement along Orkestervej between Vordingborgvej and Ravnsborgvej. The project proposal shall be adapted so that no land acquisition is required from matr.nr. 1q, Hastrup By, Herfølge.

Sub-project 2: Establishment of a pavement in the roundabout at Orkestervej/Ravnsborgvej and establishment of speed reduction measures in the access roads to the roundabout.

Sub-project 3: Establishment of a pavement on Ravnsborg up to and including the access roads to Ravnsborgvej 14 on the north side and Ravnsborgvej 101-143 on the south side. Since the reconstruction of the roads will result in increased diversion of road water, permission to connect must be sought. Road lighting must be adapted to the reconstruction of the road areas. The road contractor shall be responsible for the excavation and re-establishment of a new district heating pipe, which shall ensure supply to the new urban development area via an extension of Orkestervej under the railway. Veks' consultant (Rambøll) will provide inputs to the tender material regarding the establishment of a new district heating pipe across Vordingborgvej and further along Orkestervej within the project's scope. Vordingborgvej is part of the strategic road network, which is why the construction work must be coordinated with the Danish Road Directorate's possible construction work on the national road network. For more detailed information about the scope of the consultancy task, reference is made to the task description (Annex B). The tender is conducted as a restricted procedure under the Public Procurement Act §§ 58-60, which means that only pre-qualified tenderers have the opportunity to submit a tender. Køge Municipality pre-qualifies 5, who will be invited to submit a tender for the project.
