Belgium – Laboratory reagents – Raamovereenkomst voor de aankoop, levering en installatie van een toestel voor respiratoire 4-pflex toestel ( SARS-COV2, INFLUENZA A/B EN RSV) bepaling

The contract concerns the delivery of the necessary instrumentation, reagents and consumables, as well as training, maintenance and technical support of an automated molecular diagnostic platform for the detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A/B and RSV in respiratory samples using a multiplex real-time PCR (qPCR), including visualisation of Ct-values. The system must use a closed, single-use “sample-to-result” test cartridge in which the complete analytical workflow, including sample preparation, amplification and detection, is automated. The system is suitable for rapid respiratory diagnostics within the context of a clinical laboratory and must be able to be linked with the LIS. All test results must be available within a sample-to-result time of less than 45 minutes. Both the instrument and the associated tests must comply with the applicable European regulation CE-IVDR. The estimated take-up amounts to 5000 tests per year. The agreement is concluded for an initial period of four years, with the possibility of two extensions of two years each.
