The Taxation Department is responsible for the full execution of municipal tax tasks for the municipalities of Boxtel and Sint-Michielsgestel within MijnGemeenteDichtbij. This includes, among other things, the annual valuation of all immovable property under the Valuation of Immovable Property Act (Wet WOZ), the imposition of municipal taxes and levies on residents and businesses, and the collection of these charges. In addition, the department ensures the correct and timely execution of all legal obligations related to these tasks, including data exchange with partners and facilitating objection and appeal procedures. The contracting authority has chosen to conduct a European procurement process according to the open procedure in order to reach an agreement for the provision of a tax application in SaaS form. The agreement consists of the provision of a Tax application comprising: - A valuation application (WOZ); - A tax application for levying and collection; - A Digital Tax Desk.
