The framework agreement covers the maintenance services for the years 2027 to 2030 on the Leopard 1 Family system at maintenance levels 2/3 with the following supply numbers: 235055190 / 2350-12-375-7355 - TANK, PIONEER 235000560 / 2350-12-427-3380 - TANK, PIONEER D-LBO 235055190 / 2350-12-390-0678 - TANK, PIONEER 235016490 / 2350-12-371-8449 - BPz-2 LS/EHS 542014290 / 5420-12-350-2086 - BrPz-Biber (EHS) At the current time, in addition to the framework agreement, which will be concluded with all suitable tenderers, only the requirements for the year 2027 are being tendered. The requirements for the years 2028, 2029 and 2030 will be awarded annually for the respective following year according to the procedure laid down in § 14 Abs. 5 VSVgV in the context of renewed competitive tendering. All other possibly necessary requirements will be awarded according to the procedure laid down in § 14 Abs. 5 VSVgV in the context of renewed competitive tendering.
