France – Architectural services for buildings – Concours restreint de maîtrise d’œuvre pour la construction de l’espace restauration avec cuisine centrale pour le collège de Baraqueville (12160)

This tender is organised for the award of a Design and Supervision (MOE) contract for the following services: construction of the dining area with central kitchen for the Collège de Baraqueville (12160). The contractor will be entrusted with a basic mission: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET and AOR, supplemented by the following missions: - CSSI: Coordination of the Fire Safety System. - EXEp: Partial Execution Studies (drawing up the DQE and sizing of the determining elements including the structure). The share of the financial envelope allocated by the client to the works is 3 800 000 euros excl. VAT, i.e. 4 560 000 euros incl. VAT.
