Lease Agreement for Multifunctional Devices

1. **Object of the Contract**

The object of the contract is the lease of multifunctional devices (MFDs) with printing, copying, scanning and faxing functions.

2. **Contract Duration**

The contract shall be concluded for a period of 36 months, commencing on the date of delivery of the first device.

3. **Contract Value**

The estimated total contract value, excluding VAT, is EUR 150 000.

Open procedure

6. **Main Conditions**

The main conditions for the lease of the MFDs are as follows:

a) The devices must be delivered and installed within 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.

b) The devices must be covered by a comprehensive maintenance contract, including remote support and on-site support within 4 hours.

c) The devices must be equipped with the latest software and security updates.

d) The devices must comply with the EU's energy efficiency standards.

7. **Selection Criteria**

The award of the contract will be based on the most economically advantageous tender, taking into account the following criteria:

a) Price (weighting 40%)

b) Technical quality (weighting 30%)

c) After-sales service (weighting 20%)

d) Environmental impact (weighting 10%)

8. **Contract Award**

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who submits the most economically advantageous tender, as defined in the selection criteria.

9. **Contract Performance**

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of non-performance or breach of contract by the contractor.

10. **Confidentiality**

The parties agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the tendering and contract performance phases, except for information that is already in the public domain or is required to be disclosed by law.
